About the Author

Nebula Bash (they/them) is a non-binary engineer and accessibility advocate from Rhode Island, USA.

They have been using homemade and commercially available accessible controllers since since 2019 due to repetitive stress injuries.  Though they were surgically treated in 2021, Nebula continues to use their adaptive controller due to permanent nerve damage, to avoid further injury, and to aid in the long-term healing process.

This site was created to help others experiencing the same barriers in accessible controller configuration they have faced over the years.

A drawing of Nebula, the site owner and author. They're a light-purple, horned demon with purple hair, wearing a black suit and purple cape. They are seated, posing with a grin and thumbs up. Beneath their feet is their adaptive controller.
